Baking spray for spraying custard cups
1 stick butter
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate
2 ounces of semisweet chocolate
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
Two whole eggs
Three egg yolks
One teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Vanilla ice cream for serving
Directions
- Spray four custard cups with baking spray, and place them on a baking tray.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolates bittersweet and semisweet on high for about one minute. Whip until the chocolate has also softened. Add the sugar and mix until smooth. Add the vanilla after whisking in the egg yolks and eggs. Add the flour. Divide the mixture between the custard cups.
- Bake for 13 minutes or until the edges are firm, but the center is still soft. Let it stand for 1 minute. While warm, invert onto individual plates and serve with vanilla Ice Cream.
