BLUEBERRY PARFAITS

ROASTED BLUEBERRY YOGURT PAFITSrecipe from Carrie Sellman
makes four parfaits

18 ounces fresh blueberries, plus extra for garnish
2 Tablespoons of sugar
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
Two cups of your favorite cereal
4 Yulu Honey Yogurts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Combine blueberries, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Pour on a baking tray, and spread into a single layer.

Stir once halfway through. Roast the blueberries for 30 minutes until they are soft and juicy. Let cool.

Pour 1/4 cup of granola into each glass.

Add a half-container of yogurt to each and top with a layer of blueberries.

Repeat the process to create a second layer with the remaining ingredients.

If desired, top with more blueberries. Serve immediately, or chill for up to 24 hours.
